Dragonsnarl Theme Deck, which hydreigon is it?

Hello!
In interest of possibly saving money on singles I was thinking about getting the dragonsnarl theme deck online (the one with hydreigon in it). After looking at the decklist of that deck on bulbapedia I noticed that the cards that the deck box display were different

One shows #97 of Dragons exalted while the other shows #98. Are there two different Hydreigon decks out there? If the deck comes with #97 you could save quite a bit of money from just the hydreigons.
 
The picture with the Dark Trance Hydreigon was a placeholder made by Pokemon. The deck will always come with the Consume/Destructor Beam Hydreigon. No idea why they did that, but, they did.
