Standard Drampa, and Espeon, and Garbodor, oh my!

Let me know what you think about my Drampa, Espeon, and Garbodor deck. It's very similar to the list that Tord took to Regionals this past weekend and placed second with. However, he was playing one copy of Espeon EX and one Hala, which I removed to add a second Eevee/Espeon GX line. I like Espeon EX and the utility it has, but I don't view this deck as a dedicated damage spread deck. Yes, Po Town and Espeon's GX attack can spread damage, but Po Town is there to help place damage counters on my bench for Drampa's Berserk attack, and I only use Espeon's GX attack to get KOs on my opponent's bench. I tried running this deck with 4 Po Town and no Rainbow Energy, but it just wasn't as reliable as the 3 Po Town/3 Rainbow Energy split. I also replaced the Rescue Stretcher Tord was running with Super Rod, mainly to get Psychic Energy back in the deck.
