Hey, so a little disclaimer, I'm not looking for feedback as much as I am just posting the list. I've already gotten it figured out really well, and I find it to be super consistent, and find that Drampa Garb has good matchups across the board, or rather, easy to play against matchups. Here's the list:

Pokemon:14
  • 3 Drampa-GX
  • 3 Tapu Lele-GX
  • 4 Trubbish BKP
  • 2 Garbodor BKP
  • 2 Garbodor GRI

Trainers:34
  • 4 Sycamore
  • 4 N
  • 4 Guzma
  • 1 Brigette
  • 4 Po Town
  • 4 Choice Band
  • 4 Float Stone
  • 4 Ultra Ball
  • 3 Field Blower
  • 2 Rescue Stretcher

Energy:12
  • 4 DCE
  • 4 Rainbow
  • 4 Psychic

In my extensive playtesting, I found out that I think everything in this list is justifiable with no better arguments. Higher counts of Field Blower and Guzma than average means that I'll likely have more resources than my opponent, and just in general, so if there's a best-play for that turn, I can make it.
The only cards I would even consider putting in here is
1: a Glaceon-EX. We already play Rainbow, and nearly the entire meta is evolutions. However, Tapu Lele ruins this card's play, and second Bite is good in theory, but never actually works. Another problem is that in every single situation I had this card, I wished it were a Drampa. Drampa does Glaceon's job, but better, and in more scenarios
2: Tapu Koko. I never used this card much when I did play it, but there are times where I wish I had it. One of the matchups it's good for is Gardvoir, Ho-oh, and Metagross. Metagross is softened up to the point where it's in Drampa range, but not to the point where they want to Max Potion, so it can cause dilemmas for Metagross players. Gardevoir gets softened down to 210, and if they evolve while Po Town is out, it comes down to 180, AKA, Drampa range. Ho-oh is just an unfavorable matchup because they don't rely on Volcanion, Drampa never OHKO's Ho-oh, and Tapu Lele is only really important T1. If I had to choose between this and Glaceon, I'd pick this. It also only yields 1 prize, so the payout would usually be more than the cost. Now, the problem is, I don't know what to drop for it. I personally think you NEED 3 Drampa, and 3 Field Blower helps in a lot of situations. If it really came down to it, I think I'd rather drop the Drampa for the Koko.

So I didn't do so hot at the league cup I took this deck to yesterday. It was 80 masters, 7 rounds of swiss. I played this exact list and went 4-3-0. Here's a recap:

R1: Ho-oh/ Salazzle L: I started Lele, topdecked a Trubbish, then a Rainbow Energy, then my Lele died, I Rescue Stretcher'd it back, got a Sycamore, drew nothing, and he just took prizes easily. I benched a Drampa, but He Guzma'd for game. It was not a very good game. I figured "oh well, it's round one and resources are still clumped, I'll shuffle better next game and get back on my feet".

R2: Vikavolt/ Bulu W: I went 2nd and drew everything I needed. My opponent whiffed the T1 Grubbin, so T2 Vikavolt was impossible. I took advantage if this and set my board up slowly, but surely. He drew pretty bad and I was too far ahead for my opponent to catch up.

R3: Gardevoir L: I prized 5 Energy and couldn't keep Garbotoxin online. There was a point where I whiffed a Choice Band for Drampa to KO a Gardy, but without it, I came up 10 short. I also Sycamore'd when I had 5 cards left in my deck because I was too lazy to count. Had I not Sycamore'd, given my opponent's hand, I had game next turn.

R4:Gardevoir L: I started Lele, DCE and passed for 3 turns before a Gardy killed me.

R5: Gardevoir W: My opponent had no clue what they were doing, so I had no idea how she had such a huge collection.

R6:Turbo Dark W: Turbo Dark is bad kids. He started exactly how Turbo Dark wants to start, and he played everything correctly. But Garbotoxin kept him from reviving his Darkrai GX's, and Drampa gets perfect KO's. It also helps that Trashalanche OHKO's anything in his deck once he's set up.

R7: Ho-oh/ Salazzle W: This was a friend of mine, but he's bad. He misplayed late game when he had a set up Salazzle and 4 prizes taken, and I had a Drampa on the bench. He Guzma'd the Drampa, went into his Lele with an Energy on it, and passed instead of retreating and taking the game. I even told him, that's game. He said "how?", and I seaid "nevermind" and proceeded to win with Acid Spray.

4-3-0 is not good, I came in 22nd, but I got a bunch of trading done, so it was a good time. John Kettler signed my Decidueye mat, so I'll post a picture of it later.
