BW/BW2 Dream World is working again! And a question.

Alright, now that the dream world is up and running again, I tapped the WiFi button on my C Gear and my Emonga went to sleep and such, what do I do now exactly? xD I went on the website, and I can't read any Japanese, so I was lost. Very lost >_< So would anyone mind telling me what to do next?
 
I just had a look, the music is nice. It all looks so interested. It's just a shame I'm so clueless looking at it so I can't really get the best out of it. :(

Wouldn't matter anyway since I don't have the game yet....and I don't think you can sign up without one. (I'd hardly know where to go anyway)

YA! I have no idea were the website is. Maby only people registered on the Japanese Pokemon site can go to the link.Thats my theory.
