I saw farfetche'd on a website
Why not? How else will someone without 4th gen games get a Spiritomb. It makes no sense not to have spiritomb in the dream world. I was under the impression that every pokemon from past generations would be catchable in the dream world.
You know just because it might have a different ability doesn't necessarily mean it would be Wonder Guard. -_-
I don't see a problem with Manaphy showing up either....although it would probably be something similar to the starters where you need a code to get it.

I believe these Pokemon are ones you can only find with codes (this is my opinion):
ALL Previous Legendaries
ALL Previous Starters
Spiritomb
Special Pokemon with attacks they normally can't learn
Pseudo-Legendaries?
Magnezone/Probopass/And other Pokemon that evolve only in certain areas
Snorlax
ALL Previous Legendaries

So do you think Feebas will be code only too?
I'd imagine codes will only be for event/legendary pokemon while all other non legendaries will be able to be found in the dream world with varying degrees of difficulty.

Event pokemon can be non legendary pokemon.... (such as the satoshi pikachu, goon scizor or in this case the three kanto starters)
What I mean by that is I think all the non legendary pokemon (spiritomb included) would be in the dream world waiting to be found however it would still be possible for them to release codes for special non legendary pokemon (like with some move it doesn't usually learn)
Isn't it possible that dream world pokemon may have varying degrees of difficulty to find, what's to say it isn't as hard to get a Spiritomb in the dream world as it is in the 4th gen Diamond/Pearl/Platinum games? We don't know much about the dream world, befriending pokemon might not be as simple as just finding them....we might have to do certain things to befriend them.

I ended up getting my spiritomb on a trade over wifi. I hope there aren't any pokemon like that in the 5th gen games.
I hope it wasn't like a tester for future similar pokemon. (gamefreak if that was a tester: It failed)
