3 Exp Share
2 Float Stone
2 Fighting Fury Belt
4 VS Seeker
2 Parallel City
2 Lysandre
2 N
4 Professor Sycamore

Energy:
12 Metal Energy

Strategy:
You use Excadrill to Dredge up energy and start threatening the prize exchange with T1 50 damage and 100 damage each turn after.
Each Genesect sits on the bench with EXP Share attached waiting to receive a Metal energy from Excadrill if it goes down.
Genesect is very versatile with Drive Change allowing you to tear off the EXP Share and attach it back to the bench replacing it with a Float Stone or Fury Belt.
Using this Genesect can cycle out of the active with another Genesect or even another single prize Excadrill. Enjoy.

So the only things I see are 1 how do you deal with the energy removal for damage with genesect and what is your solution to fire decks?

Playing 1 Super Rod and 1 Energy Recycler.
For Fire I assume you're meaning Volcanion since there's nothing else too prominent right now. If they start with baby Volcanion then you can hit 50 damage then 100 next turn for the KO. If they don't start with baby Volcanion then you have the advantage in that they don't have Blacksmith anymore and will be quite slow.

Dont forget about flareon though. Only reason I bring this up is because I run mega scizor and it struggled to win against volcanion/flareon, even with disruption. Also have you looked at dropping something for revenge blast coballian.

I wouldn't be worried about Flareon since it doesn't matter if it hits Excadrill then it'll die no matter the weakness. It's also slow without using baby Volcanion to accelerate the bench to allow Flareon to Flash Fire.
