Pokemon:
Strategy:
The plan is to set up Gengar-EX's Dark Corridor ASAP then switch into Chandelure while having Dragalge in the back to make sure the opponent can't retreat (which is screwed over by Switch/Scramble/Keldeo-EX). If the opponent retreated to a fresh Pokemon, then they gotta kill Chandelure some time before the night ends, which won't be easy considering that Chandelure's 130 HP base (and if anyone does, then they might get auto-KOed, but that's a risk they gotta take anyways and it's still 50-50).
If they stick with their Pokemon, then if Virbank was set up, then they'll be down 120 HPs by the start of next turn (140 if Muscle Band'd, so that'll be 170 even if the Chandelure passed on attacking). Then a new Pokemon has to deal with Chandelure's 60 HP bench harrassing and if they KO Chandelure, then they get a risk of being KOed. If you go second, you can poke the opponent for 30 with Night Attack), allowing you to deal 140 HP damage total on the opponent if you have Virbank set up (170 if the opponent opts not to switch out and stay with the Pokemon, but not the best of ideas)
There's, admittedly, a lot of flaws with this deck. I'm pretty new to the Pokemon scene so I'm not sure how to go around this deck (and this is actually a friend's deck idea, not mine). Some ideas I had was:
removing Dragalge to place Trevenant (XY 55)
adding in megaphones to try to slow down Garbotoxin
Lessening up on Ultra Ball/Hypnotoxic/VS Seeker/Virbank (like, a -1 or something to each to add more stuff)
Adding in Victini (Noble Victories 14/Legendary Treasures 23) to help with Chandelure. (NOTE: Axed, this won't work)
Max out on Gengar-EX
Personally, I don't like Chandelure, but it's my friend's favorite Pokemon along with Gengar-EX so I was hoping to try to make a deck that works. I'm not that experienced at this so I'm looking for inputs since I'm feeling that this deck is pretty meh.
