I was reading about the dsi and i was wondering when they say built in internet browser does that mean you don't need wifi to use the browser?

I don't think so, because that just doesn't sound very possible. I'm pretty sure you need to hook up wired or wireless Wi-Fi in order to use the internet. I don't think you can just use it anywhere you are even if you don't have Wi-Fi. I may be wrong, but it doesn't sound very logical to me. 
Dang it. I was so hoping for built in browser, the camera is pretty cool though.
Im really hoping it has a Ethernet cable input. I have never once been on Wi-Fi(with my DS) besides Apple store and my friends Apple Airport.
I heard that it is pretty much the same as the wii's internet browser.
i think that the dsi is a scam because they raise the price 80% for a little hole in the ds.
