Ruling Dual types

Lets say Jirachi who is both steel and psychic type is versing Claydol who has a weakness to psychic, if Jirachi uses an attack, would you apply weakness or not? Considering that Jirachi is both psychic and steel and Claydol has a weakness to psychic but not to steel, would you apply the weakness?

Yes, You Have just 2 Types. One of them is weakness, so you Affect weakness

Armaldo d Against Jolteon Ex. Armaldo is Both Weakness as Resistance. So Apply first, weakness and then Resistance. 50 x 2 = 100 - 30 = 70. so 70 dmg.
