Is a Lv.X counted for being a evolved pokemon?

Example: Mewtwo Lv.X vs. Regigigas Lv.X

No. The Lv.X pokemon is counted as the stage of it's previous form. For example, Mespirit Lv.X counts as a Basic Pokemon, and therefore does not affect Mewtwo Lv.X.

Because a stage is never specified on the LV. X card, if the stage becomes important it acquires the stage of its previous form.

One thing you need to remember however for SP-pokemon, though is that they're all basic, which means a Gallade E4 Lv.X, can't attack a Mewtwo Lv.X.

Oh, and always remember, there is no Dumb, or stupid question. ;)

ya, some conditions, like this, garchomp lv.x restore torterra. then you level up that torterra. that torterra lv.x will become basic pokemon.

correct me if i wrong
