Ruling Dummy Questions by a Dummy person

I have some questions that I would like to know the answer because it will affect a lot in my games.

1- When I attach a DRE or a Scramble to Magmortar SW how many damage counters do I remove from it?

2- I play in Europe ( Portugal ). Can I use a not printed card from the japanese set in my League?

1: 2. They're still Fire Energies, but still only one Card. So... 2 damage heal.
2. I sincerly doubt it. You're going to need the English translation of the card, whihc means that you may as well look for the legit copy anyway.

You can print out a Card-Dex of the card, I think...as long as the English one is internationally accepted, since I don't think I've seen a Portuguese one.
