Ruling Dump Question about Dark RH's

Do dark pokes (ex: Honchkrow) have regular rev holo's? I got a RH Umbreon, but when I pulled a RH Murkrow, it was more "holo" on the edges than the rest of the card...why?

It's difficult to see, but they are reverse holo.
