Okay, I know Durant hasn't been released yet. But when it does, it'll be pretty cool. Here's what it does:
Okay, here's the list:
4x Durant (sort of need them to have a Durant deck)
1x Rotom (If we have even 1 Durant Prized, well, things don't go too well)
2-2 Weavile (While we're discarding from the deck, why not disrupt a little more...?)
1x Mime Jr (If I'm stuck with my opponent at 5 cards in his deck and 1 Prize left, but he can OHKO my Durant, this can hopestall at the very least)
4x Pokémon Collector (Gotta catch all the Durant T1)
3x Dual Ball (More Durant-grabbing power!)
4x Eviolite (Not getting OHKO'd every turn would be nice)
4x Defender (Yeah, same thing here)
4x Revive (I sort of need 4 Durant out each turn to make this deck work...)
2x Alph Lithograph TR (The one that lets me look at my prizes, so I don't run blindly with Rotom)
4x Junk Arm (getting cards back is nice)
2x Professor Juniper (Might need some refresh)
2x Professor Oak's New Theory (More refresh)
2x Seeker (Pickin' up my Weavile, Rotom, Durant...)
4x Twins (I'm not taking any prizes, so this might be a good idea)
4x PokéGear 3.0 (To drop the T1 Collector)
2x SSU (To pick up damaged Durant)
4x Special Metal energy (Keepin' my Durant alive)
5x Metal Energy (Cuz I can't have more than 4 Special Metal Energy, but I still need to attack)
Yeah, so basically I get 4 Durant in play and spam Devour. I'm looking to KO my opponent's deck instead of his Pokémon.
I'm worried about the balance between speed and recovery here. And the ability to get my Weavile out. Any thoughts?
Yeah, Vicegrip is horrid. I know. But Devour can, well, devour your opponent's deck until they don't have one. What a fitting name. The awesome people who designed this awesome card said:Durant - Metal - HP70

[C][C] ViceGrip: 30 damage.
