You're gonna want Town Map in there, maybe Shield Energy and Assault Vest as well.

A better thing for assault vest is a aegislash and shield energy can only be attached to metal pokemon so no, but i included town map.
Changes:
+2 town map
-1 hard charm
-1 head ringer.
(It is edited in the list above).

I have been working on a deck similar to this over the last few months and I would like some ideas as well. Back in the day, I remember durant was a really powerful deck and I think it would be interesting in this expanded format. Just to throw out a few ideas, I created a small list of cards than might be interesting for techs in a deck like this, I just don't know what would be good and not ( the stuff with a * is stuff I've tested with). I hope this helps and I would like some ideas as well. Also in the post above why 2 town map, you only need one?

- head ringer*
- hammers*
- super scoop up
- paint roller
- super rod*
- revive*
- sacred ash

I went ahead and updated the deck list in your original post to reflect the changes you made. Your deck list is looking pretty good now, but I'm curious if Hard Charm has been relevant in any of the games you've played yet? It just doesn't seem like it would do enough on a 60-70 HP Pokémon, so you might could take them out for more Hammers or something. Just a thought.

Maybe you could consider to add one or two Wailord-EX to your list for night march reasons. So you can force the nightmarch player to discard his pokemon to take the knock out, so he would do the job for you on his own.
