So our locals recently decided to start having Pokemon tournaments, and I decided to build a deck for them. As a Yu-Gi-Oh player I always liked troll decks with weird win conditions (I'm known for that at locals), so when I looked up Pokemon decks this one fit me perfectly. While this may look like a budget build, the reason I'm missing some cards isn't because of budget reasons, but because almost all the pokemon players need the same cards and so they're near-impossible to find here, so don't be afraid to suggest something due to it's price. I currently want to get Catchers, an Alph Lithograph, Collectors, and Lost Remover, and once I get them they're going in my deck. The Level Balls are only staying in until I get more Collectors and Dual Balls. Now then, here's the deck. Questions/comments/fixes/suggestions are welcomed.

Pokemon: 5

4 Durant
1 Rotom

Items: 25

1 Alph Lithograph
4 Crushing Hammer
3 Dual Ball
3 Eviolite
4 Junk Arm
2 Lost Remover
1 Pokegear 3.0
3 Pokemon Catcher
4 Revive

Supporters: 18

3 N
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Professor Juniper
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Twins

Energies: 12

4 Basic Metal Energy
4 Special Metal Energy
4 Prism Energy

Not bad but with 1 Rotom i'd say
-2 Prism energy
-2 Cheren
+2 Basic Metal energy
+2 Lost Remover
less lost remover bait.

Just an idea....but i haven't played around with durants since NXD came out.

-2 cheren (just not a good supporter to help setup compared to others)
-2 Pokemon collector (I'd just go with 4 dual ball since it can be used in the same turn as a supporter)
-4 prism energy (just not needed)
-1 twins (from what I've seen, 4 isn't really totally needed)

+2 dual ball (for basics)
+1 poke gear (I don't think running just one copy is going to be efficient. You want to set up as fast as possible)
+2 lost remover (to disrupt)
+1 super rod (could be needed)
+1 mewtwo (since some decks counter Durant with mewtwo it works as a counter)
+1 N (you want to setup s fast as possibl
+1 anything missed

Hope I helped.:)

Cheren is only in until I get more of the remaining cards I need. I do agree with your idea about the energies, except that not a single person at our locals has Lost Remover. If people acquire it (or if they start using remodeling hammer from dark explorers) then I'll probably take your advice.

-Pokemon Collector is so helpful though, it's one of the only ways I can get a full set of Durants out. If one or two are prized, then I can get Rotom with it too. Idk that I want to take that out.
-Twins I've definitely thought about dropping one, I'll consider that when I get more of the cards I need (I don't really have much else I would put in in it's place atm).
-Dual Ball I can agree with, I was going to buy one or two tomorrow.
-Pokegear, I often have the problem of using it and not hitting supporters or using it and hitting a supporter, but still using a different one anyway. Maybe it'd be better if I ran more of it.
-Lost Remover is going in once I can get it (or Remodeling Hammer from Dark Explorers, it's almost as good).
-Super rod, I've found that the only thing it really does for me is send back a Durant so I can search it again, and I'd have to cut something else to put it in.
-Mewtwo, I'd probably run it if I had it.
-As for N, I dropped one originally because whenever I run the deck, I often have people where they try to save an N for right at the end of the game so they can put back a giant hand to refill their deck. I figured it wasn't worth helping them with that.

Level Ball guarantees you a basic whereas Dual Ball could get you 2 tails. Always use Level over Dual in this deck

Why run both collector and dual ball? 3 dual ball and 4 collector seems a lot. I'd just max out dual ball and if you really feel like you need it leave 2 collector but thats the most needed IMO. And level ball will help a lot IMO.

I'd say leave max collector and replace at least one or two of the dual balls with level balls. Collector is the best way for durant to get out four durants T1 IMO. Dual ball is two flippy for me.
