I feel like 6 pokemon is little low, Id say instead of 3 pokemon fan clubs play 3 ultra balls, add a Hoopa EX AOR, add 2 shaymin EX ROS, take out 2 grass and add 2 double colorless energy as some of the things you could tweak. but def need more mosters
 
It looks like your purpose might be to mill, so some thoughts:
- Houndoom-EX has an attack that mills cards and is bulkier than durant
- Delinquent can make your opponent discard 3 cards
- to run delinquent as your supporter, maybe run fewer Team Flare Grunt and more hammers
- WHALORD + MAX POTION + ENERGY REMOVAL, BABY
 
As others have already said, looks like you're making a mill deck. So here's somethings I would add:
-Team Magma's Secret Base
-Trick Shovel
-Bunnelby
-Brigette instead of pokemon fanclub
-Red Card + Delinquent = sad day for opponent
-1 more crushing hammer
-Xerosic
