Standard Dusk Mane Metal Acceleration

Since the release of Ultra Prism I like this Metal Acceleration Deck.
Before rotation I ran it with:

Fighting Fury Belt instead of Choice Band (& Metal Frying Pan)
Skyla instead of Order Pad
2-2 Octillery line instead of the Oranguru
Professor's Letter instead of Lady
N instead of Marshadow/Judge
Sycamore instead of Sophocles

A few days ago I tested the deck with some friend and got awful results.
Any suggestion on what to change?

I might see a few problems.
1. Your energy count it too low. As a deck that takes 4 energy to set up, energy needs to be both consistent and plentiful. Don't forget that you have a net loss of 1 energy every time you use Meteor Tempest. Perhaps a count of 14 would be optimal-er.
2. Playing two different Tools in a deck for the same Pokémon rarely works. I'd just cut the Frying pan or Choice Band and play 3 of whatever you choose. As a side note, you'll rarely have to hit 250. I'd play Frying Pan so you might get a boost of durability against some decks.
3. Sophocles is not good. Swap for Cynthia and something else.
4. Marshadow is nice, but you have Judge and Lele.
5. Where the heck is Magneton? Nice try slimmin' up your deck, but Magneton can improve the deck's consistency more than it's absence can.
6. Here are my proposed changes:

-2 Sophocles
-3 Choice Band
-1 Marshadow

+4 [M] Energy
+1 Cynthia
+1 Magneton
