Ruling dusknoir Lvl X Vs Power spray

I was just wondering if my Dusknoir lvl x is knocked out can my opponent use power spray to stop it's poke power ectoplasm ? Thanks in advance

If it was knocked out between turns, the answer would be no because Power Pray can only be played during your opponent's turn. If the Knock Out is a result of an attack it is also no because KOs are checked for before the between turns event. Please include a scan of the card in the future also.~Mark
