Simple question, can Eco Arm recover Head Ringer from the discard pile? Head Ringer says that it's a "Pokemon Tool F" next to where it explains how you can attach it to an opponents Pokemon EX. Because of the "F" at the end, is it not considered a Pokemon Tool like in Eco Arms description?
