2 decks needing some advice and opinions.

Eel/mewtwo

4-4 elektrik (3 free retreater tynamo)
4 mewtwo ex
2 Zekrom (bolt strike)
1 Tornadus

4 Juniper
4 N!
4 Oak

3 Dual ball
2 Level Ball
4 Pokemon Catcher
4 Plus power
3 Switch
3 Junk arm
1 Revive

9 Lighting
4 DCE

Pretty straight forward, depending on what you play against, able to start a mewtwo war early while setting up elektrik. With 4-4 elektrik, it's quite consistent to have at least 2 best with 3 elektrik at bench. Able to keep up with mewtwo wars going. Zekrom and tornadus for early game attackers or to break the barrier of low damage (40~60) when opponent do not attach energy

Eel/EX (Dark explorers)

3-3 Eel (Still thinking of what tynamos to use)
3 Tornadus EX
2 Mewtwo EX
1 Zekrom (bolt strike)
1 Raikou EX

4 Juniper
4 Oak
4 N!
2 Sage's Training

3 Dual ball
2 Random receiver
2 Ultra ball
2 Pokemon Catcher
2 Plus power
2 Eviolite
2 Switch
2 Junk arm
2 Super rod
2 Sky arrow bridge

8 lighting
4 DCE

This deck is much more versatile. pretty straight forward, tornadus ex early and mid game attacker and groudon/terrakion variants, raikou ex for snipes or taking out key targets like elektrik, zekrom for 120 damage that other pokemon can't achieve and mewtwo for mewtwo wars, terrakion/groudon variants or late game sweep.
