Eelekrom for States

So yeah, I'm pretty bad at this game :D and wouldn't mind some help with the deck. It's powerful, sure, but I feel it can be tweaked just a little bit more before States this Saturday.

14 Pokemon
2/1 - 3 Tynamo/Eelektrik (NV38/NV39/NV40)
3 Zekrom
1 Zekrom EX
2 Terrakion NV
1 Zapdos ND
1 Thundurus

31 Trainers/Supporters
3 Eviolite
3 Junk Arm
3 Pokemon Catcher
2 Level Ball
2 Pokegear 3.0
1 Energy Exchanger
1 Energy Switch
1 Revive
1 Switch
4 Professor Juniper
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
2 N
2 Sage's Training

15 Energy
9 {L}
4 {C}{C}
2 Prism

Now I know there's probably some weird stuff in here, so hear me out. I run double Terrakions due to the overabundance of electric decks in my area, and having some tech for the mirror is always a good thing. Junk Arm and Collector are at three simply due to not having access to the fourth for either. The Energy Exchanger and Energy Switch... Well, the Switch was a tech I'd seen in one or two other decks, and it's surprisingly useful at moving a Dynamotor'd energy without having to retreat. The Exchanger is in there for when I need to get a Prism for Terrakion or a DCE for one of the Zekroms.

When it comes to Pokemon, there were a few ideas I've seen and heard about that I have access to. I just got a Mewtwo EX tonight, so that's definitely going in, but I also have access to more Thundurus and a pair of Tornadus as well. I've thought about it, and having another Fighting resist would be great, but I just don't feel Tornadus is too fantastic against stuff like Donphan (which I've heard is also prevalent in my area). It just seems too slow without the DCE attached, and is 2HKO'd right back by Donphan anyway. Not only that, it's also pretty bad against the mirror as well (not like Zapdos isn't, though). TBH, I'd probably try out Shaymin EX, but I don't own one of him either. :(

In any case, I'd like to see what could be done to not only tighten up the deck, but add in Mewtwo EX as well. Thanks in advance!

-1 zapdos
+1 thundurus
-1 Terakion
+1 mewtwo EX
+1 cleffa
-1 PONT
+1 sage's training
use 3-4 tynamo/eel
-1 N
+ 1 pluspower

Seems like a lot but thats just my opinion on what works really well. I run a Zek/Eels similar to what the changes will bring you and its currently undefeated at my league :p.

-1 zekrom (to make room)
+1 zekrom EX (attacking)

-1 electric (to make room)
-1 revive (I don't think it is that needed)

+2 mewtwo (attacking and countering)

-1 energy switch (not needed IMO)
+1 sage's (discarding and drawing)
