A cross between MEZ and Eelzone. I wonder if it works.

Pokemon: 19
3-3 Eelektrik
3-2-2 Magnezone
2 Zekrom
2 Mewtwo EX
1 Cleffa
1 Thundurus

Energy: 12
9 Lightning
3 DCE

Trainer: 29
3 Pokemon Collector
3 Sage's Training
4 N
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
4 Junk Arm
3 Pokemon Catcher
4 Pokemon Communication
3 Rare Candy
2 Switch
2 PlusPower
1 Super Rod

Since this is a cross between Eelzone and MEZ, the premise is to mainly attack with the Zekrom, Zekrom EX, and Mewtwo-EX. Magnezone in this deck is more of a draw-power support, which is why there is more draw-power than usual, and the trainer line feels more Zekeel-like. Of course Magnezone can attack, but it won't do as much heavy-lifting as in normal Eelzone decks.

2 DCE because it works well with Mewtwo EX, Zekrom
No Level Ball because I rather have something that can search Magnezones as well. Though if you could find space, a line of 3 Communication/2 Level Ball would work. The list is tight though.
PlusPower is necessary in the deck for a few reasons.
1. Allows Magnezone to kill Tornadus with 1 LZ energy.
2. Allows Mewtwo with DCE to kill opposing Mewtwo with DCE, which is much safer than attaching a 3rd energy and risking the return KO.
3. Allows Zekrom to hit the magic 130, and even 140 to kill dragons, Typhlosions, Magnezones, etc.

1 Zekrom-EX only, because truth be said it isn't really such a good attacker. It sucks to start with it. The first attack hits so little for 3 energy, and the second attack requires discard, i.e. needs to be Switched to the bench for recharging. Its purpose is really to 1-hit high-HP Pokemon that must be dispatched; wouldn't bench it without thinking.

I would -2 PONT
+2 N
I think N is better because it offers disruption and you have draw power late game.
Also if it were me, I would just drop Zekrom EX. It needs too many energy and magnezone can do that much damage.
But that's my oppinion.

I think Judge would also be pretty good for early game hand disruption. I'd also add a Sage's too for further energy discarding.

I'll try 4 N.
My deck only runs 12 energy so I can't go wild with Magnezone. That's why Zekrom EX is in there.
But what you say is true; Zekrom EX is not used often. It's really Mewtwo EX that does a lot of heavy-hitting, especially Mewtwo-trading with the opponent.
Would switching out the EX for a Thundurus work? I don't know how useful a T1 Charge would be (I wasn't convinced when I first built Eelzone before ND).

Not really; Judge cannot draw more than 4 cards, and what if I draw into it early game and need the refresh? N would be better in that scenario.
N is also better late game, as it can restrict opponent hand size more effectively.
I would like an extra Sage too, but space is limited.

Well, magnezone's power lets you draw until your hand reaches 6 cards, so it will be beneficial to you but not your opponent.
