Nope, you only can use 4 Eevee in each deck, and you only can have up to 4 of the same card in a deck, except for Basic Eenrgy and * Pokemon.

If you areever going to make an eevee deck have 4 night maintenance, you only have 4 eevees and alot of its eeveelutions hope it helps and bumer on eeveelutions not makeing DP4
