What of the 5 eeveelution ex is better to make a deck with? or what combination is best? Also please no adding any other card other than the eeveelution. if it is a card that combos REALLY well with the eeveelutions it is ok. (BUT NO MEDICHAM WAY TO HARD TO GET IN MY AREA)
 
Hmmph, that all depends on the metagame in your area. If you wanted to base a deck solely around an Eeveevolution then I would probably go for Espeon ex. The others are mainly tech cards which use their effects to benefit other combos. Espeon ex can be played by itself but it usually requires some form of backup incase it comes across something like Dustox ex or something Psychic resistant...
 
How about espeon AND jolteon/umbreon ex? i prefer the jolteon as it helps espeon devolve faster. And for dustox? TeCH in 2 lati@s from Holon phantom to cancel evolve pokemon pokebody
