Can I do an eevee energy evolution in turn 1? or use rare candy to my active pokemon in turn 1?

You can do energy evolution on turn 1 as long as you have the right energy attach and find the right card in your deck.

hmm...
In the rulebook, the player who goes first can't draw and use supporter at his/her 1st turn. but he/she can use other trainer right?
And that's mean, player who goes after him/her can use Supporter and other trainer even it's his/her 1st turn, right?
