What stage do the break cards count as? For Noivern, Marowak, Raichu, and Zoroark they are stage ones and are effected by the vaporeon, flareon, and jolteon that are out that change there types. Well do there break cards counts still as stage ones?

If you want to know their evolution stage, look in the upper left corner of the card. Normal cards have Stage 1 and Stage 2 to denote which stage they are. Megas say "Mega" in the corner so they are Mega Evolution Pokemon, and not Stage 1 (or any other stage).
Break pokemon are no different. They are their own separate stage: "BREAK Evolution Pokemon" and not Stage 1 (or any other stage).
So to clarify, a Trevenant that has BREAK Evolved would no longer be a Stage 1 Pokemon.
