My friends siad to me, the effests like fast evolution, cryfor help, restore ( garchy l. x ), can not be prevent just because don`t affect the defending pokemon but also I read on delta spiecies book that effect can be prevent. fast evolution`s kakuna can be, and colletc`s magneton to. If I`m not wrong on my opinion the effect can not be prevent it`s the order to attack like infernape`S mega bravo. When I said prevent it`s with vwnomoth attack, unown g and holon wp.

Venomoth attack prevents effects done TO venomoth, wich fast evo, cry for help, etc are not.
Holon Energy WP and unown g only prevents efects done to the pokemon they are attached, so, if the efect is done to one of your pokes with one of those attached then yes is prevented. Things like special conditions, send to bench, Placing damage counters, etc.
But if a pokemon uses an attack that doesnt afect the defending, just do something else not afecting the defending, the effects of that attack cannot be prevented.
Watch the wording.
