Which Electivire is the better one? Is it good to use both, and if so which is a better choice to level up?

Use both would be best. level up choice, it depends anyways, once you level up, you still can use Electivire's Attacks :F.

Depends on the situation, if you have a constant recharger like Flygon d, then DP is better quicker would be SW however

yaa try runin 2 ellys from dp set 1 an 2 elly from dpset3 that becuase ull have better combo moves

well, i use to run 2 and 2, it works out quite well, but i am now trying to go with 2 DP, 1 lvl X, and 1 SW. it does ok. but im thinking im switching back to 2 and 2

You'll never end up getting SW out. It's either Lv.X or SW. SW is just better than the Lv.X

It really depends on your deck. If you are playing Moving Truk, for example, just stick with the DP one and 4 Warp Points.
