You have too many pokemon.

I counted 30-31.

I suggest taking out these:

1-1-1 trapinch RR, vibrava RR, flygon RR
1 ambipom G RR
1 minun SV
2 smoochum HGSS
1 mantine HGSS
1-1 tentacool TR, tentacruel LA

Add:

2 Gastly
1 Haunter
2 Gengar

to end up with

3-2-3-1 Gengar.

On the next note, what is Gyarados doing there? I don't understand how Gyarados synergizes with this deck.

If you want to test the deck without having to obtain all the cards, then download redshark. There should be an option on the pokebeach frontpage to the latest version of redshark.

So what you're trying to do is focus on Electivire TR doing all the spreading, seems reasonable however it's attack cost is pretty costly and we want to get it charged up ASAP. I see you already have Junk Arm to help with getting {L} energy into the discard pile for Electivire to retrieve to get a T2 Thunder shot up and running, but the rest of your pokemon line is just a mess. You have alot of pokemon that you don't really need. A better Donphan Prime counter would be a 1-1 Dewgong SV. It's attack does 80 dmg to any {F} pokemon. Now the hard part is trying to find someone who works well with Electivire but we'lll come to that later

3-3 Electivire TR
1-1 Dewgong SV
1 Lunatone SV
1 Solrock TR
1 Ambipom G
2 Uxie LA
1 Unown Q

That's the main line. I wouldn't really bother with adding more techs. Just focus on getting Electivire charged. To many techs makes a deck clunky and inconsistent. As for the t/s/s line, here's a start on what you should be playing (in the correct amount)

3 Pokemon Collector
3 Bebe's Seach
2 Pokemon Communication
1 Palmer's Contribution
3 Junk Arm
3 Broken Time-pace (A T1 Electivire is pretty vital)

@ X_empoleon_X i have redshark downloaded but i can not for the life of me figure out how to use it the other day i tried using it but all i could do was play cards from my hand and nothing else. also i think gengar lv.x works well but i may be switching from fainting spell gengar to cursegar but i have no experience with cursegar yet tons with fainting spell gengar.

Redshark isn't very difficult to use all you have to do is click and set cards and if need be right click your deck / cards on the field to bring up more option (i.e. discard the cards, send them to the lost zone, shuffle them back into your deck) It just takes some time to get used to.

Remember, in our current format you don't want to bog down your deck with too many pokemon, keep it simple and straight forward and only add what is needed. Gengar lvX would work best with a spreaderof the same type or doesn't require alot of energy to spread (Gallade E4 lvX, Bronzong MD fit the role well) If you want a spread based deck you could try

3-2-3-1 Gengar lvX
2-2 gallade 4 lvX
1 Crobat G
etc.

Use gallade 4 lvX's blade storm poké-power to spread damage to all of your opponents pokemon and use Poke Turn to keep doing that constantly then spread with Gengar lvX. Crobat G also helps with damage placement on specific targets.

Bronzong MD is a cheaper option, though it isn't an effective spreader like Gallade 4 lvX so with that in mind you'd need to focus on using Crobat G + Poke Turn and Seeker to get the damage set up for bronzong MD to come in and spread, though with that said, it would be best to just switch straight into Gengar lvX after all the damge is set with Crobat G.
