it has the same wording as delta charge on dragy D except it attachs to itself. I'm just not sure

You're wrong. It stated there "ONCE during your turn..."
So it does not stack...

If you have more than 1 electivire SW in play you can use 1 motor drive per electivire.
But, the energy goes to the one using the pokepower anyway...
