Ruling Electivire sw

After my friend asking me, I wanted to be sure that electivire sw's poke power motor drive allows it to attach electrick energy to any electivire, not just that one? I'm pretty sure I'm right, but is this correct?

It's self referring
But you could use motor drive then move it around with intense voltage if you know what i mean
