Ruling Electivire X question

When I attack with pulse barrier and opponent use warp point in his next turn and I switch my active electivire x with electivire x on my bench, did pulse barrier still effects new electivire x ?

electivire LV.X's atack only protects itself, NOT the other ones. when a pokemon says its name it usually means only that pokemon so to answer your question no pulse barrier does NOT effect the one on the bench.

Pulse Barrier is a self-referring Power, and even still you can't keep any intangible effects. It doesn't matter what comes out after, it'll not have anything.
