yeah..i was just wondering if there was any way to remove a electro marker...is it counted as a special condition?

i also want to ask when you play a fossil card..it is also counted as a trainer in play right?
thanks

It's somewhat the same as normal Conditions.
To remove it, you use SSU(lol, easy one), you Evolve, Devolve, or you just get KOed. xD Or you can use Tropius d DF (but why would you...)

ooh..i see...and what about the fossils? cuz i got a little confused with them in a battle today...my opponent used Expeon EX from UF and used Psyloop..will a fossil add to Psyloop's dmg?
and can Electro marker be removed by Full heal?
and if a pokemon can't be affected by special conditions..does it mean i can't electro marker it?
thanks

Yes, um if i'm not mistaken;

1. Electro Marker can be got off as a normal special condition. Eg; Full Heal, DB Full Heal, Evolve, Devolve, Full Heal Energy, Retreat, Switch, Warp Point.. Just like normal Special Conditions.

2. Once a Fossil is put down onto play, it is still a trainer card. You can use it as a basic pokemon, but it is still a trainer card. Lets just say for instance, espeon Ex. He uses 60+30 for each trainer right? so it's 90 dmg on the go if you play fossils. In other cases like, pokemon/trainer that can sweep trainer you're using on play, i dont think it'll go out of play.

3. Yes, if that pokemon cant be affected by special conditions for Eg; if it uses Holon GL. You cant Put an Electro Marker on that pokemon.

Same things goes with Imprison Markers.

Hope i've helped. Thanks.

Yes. A Fossil counts as both a Basic Pokemon and a Trainer card while in play. (It says so on the card.)

Markers are not Special Conditions. Effects that prevent or remove Special Conditions do not affect them. (Sorry, iank37.)

Q. What ways can a Pokémon get rid of an attached "Imprison" marker or "Shock-wave" marker?
A. Evolving, devolving, leveling up (i.e. LV.X), leaving play, and Tropius' "Tropical Heal" Poké-POWER are currently the only ways to get rid of an Imprison or Shock-wave Marker. Retreating or benching does NOT get rid of the marker. (May 31, 2007 PUI Rules Team)

* Imprison & Shock-wave Markers are special markers that were introduced in EX: Dragon Frontiers and will be included in theme decks for that expansion instead of the regular Burned and Poisoned Special Condition markers. After one these markers has been attached to a Pokémon, they are removed ONLY when the Pokémon evolves or devolves. Pre-existing cards such as Double Full Heal or Heal Energy do not remove these new markers an effect would specifically have to mention Imprison or Shock-wave markers for that effect to remove these markers. (EX: Dragon Frontiers FAQ; Oct 26, 2006 PUI Rules Team)
