Let's say that electrode already used it's energy shift power and became an energy.. so i can return him back to the hand as an effect if i used holon's castform right?

Yes, you can since Holon Castform states "return an energy card" regardless of whether it is a Basic Energy or Special Energy...

I don't see why not. Electrode becomes a Special Energy when attached, and Holon's Castform lets you pick up Special Energy, so I don't see any reason why that wouldn't work.
