Emboar: To spread out the energy.
Reshiram: Inflicting lots of damage.
Ho-Oh LEGEND: Does what Reshiram does but with little more energy and less discard. Can also get its atttack cost cheapened by DCE.
Ninetales: Draw Engine.
Simisear: Spread damage.

This deck is conceptualized ReshiBoar combined with Ho-Oh LEGEND and Simisear (which functions similar to Magmortar SW). Being rough draft, criticism is greatly accepted.

20 to 3 Pokemon, is really bad, and not worth it, even for {R}.

Why the low collector count? And no dual balls to? You need more.

-2-2 Simisear (20 damage spread not worth it.)
+2 Collector, or 1 and a Dual Ball (search)
+1 Elms (Good for getting out stage 2's quickly)
+1 Reshiram (This is a much better attacker, and can be searched out with Collector. Even though Ho-oh doesn't discard as many energy, it still is harder to get out)

Im not sure how attached you are to ho oh legend but id drop ho oh for Rayquaza/Deoxy. 150 damage and 2 prize cards per ko for 2 fire 2 electric.
