Ruling Empoleon Lv.x Question

I've heard some things about pokebody errors on empoleon lv.x. What is this error?

It is supposed to be pokepower.

Considering the fact that it's a Power than a body, I'd say there's an error.

What had happened is during the American Print run of Diamond and Pearl, Empoleon Lv X was misdone, having a Poke-BODY instead of a Poke-POWER. The card should be treated as it having a Poke-POWER.

The 2nd print run did correct this error, as I have seen a corrected Empoleon Lv X.
