The new Empoleon works a lot like the Circle Circuit Raichu or Mind Jack Zoroark but better since it's BOTH benches. He is capable of dealing out an astounding 200 Damage for only 2 energy. (230 with a Band. Looking at you, Zoroark GX) I have not yet tested this deck yet, but I feel like I am missing something glaringly obvious. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I've been also playing around with an Empoleon decklist and this is what I have come up with, I haven't included Cynthia yet because I'm not sure as to take out some N or Sycamore, and I'm waiting for it to be released to decide. Order Pad probably leaves too much up to chance to use in my opinion, coin flips are always iffy.
