Drop an Emolga for another Level Ball. Item > Attack. I plan on making this deck for my girlfriend as she quite adores Empoleon. ^.^ I can't wait to see the results!
 
My deck for battle roads used a similar list. I would suggest a second Prinplup and fourth Level ball for consistency. A tech I was considering was adding Devolution Spray so I could reuse the Le Parfum ability in the middle and late game.
