So I am going to get either Echanted Echo theme deck or the Dark Hammer theme deck. I like both but I am haivng trouble in deciding which one to buy. So should I buy the Dark Hammer or the Enchanted Echo?

I would recommend Dark Hammer. It has some beginning Fighting support in the form of Korinna, and has relatively strong cards including Machamp, Landorus and Meinshao, with some nice Pangaro and Scrafty for support. It also has more useful trainers that that of Echoed Voice.
Echoed Voice does have very good Eevee and perhaps Victreebell and Sylveon, but that's really the extent of its power.

If you are looking for something that plays decently out of the box, Dark Hammer holds up very well. If you play PTCGO, it's a nice choice for theme deck tournaments.
