which is the method to determine the winner, when the time of a round and both players have 50% fewer awards (1 player 2 prizes and the other 1 prize).

winner is determined immediately that you have fewer awards are given 3 shifts or more?

Tournaments have a rule called "30 minutes plus 3" After the 30 minute time limit is up on a round, the match goes into what is called "3 turns", with the current turn being turn 0. The next players turn will be 1. When that is over, it is turn 2, and when that it is over it is 3, and whoever has fewer prize cards after turn 3 is the winner of that game.

During league play, it goes until it's over.
