Ruling Energy Bone question

This is probably the best attack in the game and it comes from a Wak from DS:

Well as you can see his first attack does not read the usual "Don't apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokemon" like it says under every attack in the game that targets Benched Pokemon. It is the only attack that can do 20 to anything on the bench with Resistance and 40 to things with Weakness to {F}{M}. My question is can it target any Pokemon twice? Like Marowak d is active and I have an Electrode attached to him and he has a Bagon d DF active that has 40 HP. Can I KO it with Energy Bone or do I have to target Bagon with 20 and something else on his bench for 20?? Thank you in advance for clearing this dillemma up.

You can only target each pokemon just once.

On a side note, there are a LOT of pokemon with resistance to either F or M. As such, it isn't all that great.

Let's see... Sally line, Flygon line, Almost all other dragons, Flying types, Electric types... but Walrein takes 80 a turn via snipe... but no one plays that. Anyway... weaknesses... most Normal types, Dark types, Ice types...

I play Walrein, lol. But noone plays Marowak-d because it's even more useless than the Phat Icy beast itself. Always can play Rayquaza-d with a Holon energy to cancel out Walrein ex's weakness too.

Back to Marowak though. You can only target each Pokemon once. You cannot target one for 20 damage and then target it again for 20 damage in one turn. Weakness and Resistance isn't normally applied to benched Pokemon anyway, it's just assumed knowledge with many other things but I can try and get that confirmed if you are absolutely dying to know...

I knew that I can do it more than once...I saw Armaldo today earlier and read that lol. And I don't care about what the rest of you guys say..40 to Casty and 20 to Draggy is better than 20 to Casty and none to Draggy...
