Set up Porygon Z as soon as possible and start evolving/devolving your Crawdaunt to burn through the opponents energies with aid of team flare grunt. Not a full deck list (need 2 cards)

Whats your win condition? just stall them out so they deck out? Or keep them from taking prizes with energy denial?
 
since crawdaunt can only remove from the active I run a smaller line in my deck. you may also want to run lysandre so you can pull forward the pokemon they try to charge up on the bench and remove the energy. milotic is huge late game as I use it to grab trick shovel repeatedly. Muscle band is not necessary as your goal should be deck out not knock out. you need better search items to find your pokemon since winona is not able to grab your crawdaunt line or your milotic line which is a must in this deck that you have those out early. this is the deck list I have been using myself.

Dont see the need for Az and 2 crawdaunts since 3-4 is needed for sufficient bruning. Also no stadiums and the trick shovel works with milotic but only 2 per trun if a 2-2 line, so maybe not 4, or 4 but then with 3-3 need sky field. Brigette and the level balls are a god replacement for Winona. I'd run-

You could even use the Porygon without the Ancient Trait in combo with head ringer, Crawdaunt, and hammers
 
That one also work with its special discarding and slowing beam, but I prefer the traited because I don't need to add a whole lot of scoop ups and az

only two are needed for burning as you devolve them every turn played my list for quite awhile milotic is your eventual win condition as you need to deck them out

also evosoda does not activate the ability

I'll still want 4, for safety. I can remove the sodas and boost level balls to 4 but then 3 slots left. Bursting balloon maybe? Or head ringer?
