english-exclusive chinchou?

I have lists of every japanese set and I can't find this card in any set neither promo sets.
So, I was wondering if this card is english-exclusive.
Does anyone know anything about it?

PS: If you do, please post an image of the japanese copy as a proof.

This card was reprinted in EX Legend Maker with different artwork by Sachiko Adachi. The original print by Nakaoka was English exclusive without a Japanese origin.
