yesterday i bought some boosters and in them i got a rikou and a dialga that were normal holo but the sparkle was on the whole card are these worth more ill try to get pics
 
You mean a reverse holo, like this? Every booster pack DP-on has a reverse holo. Yes, they are rare, but not nearly as rare as you're thinking. :/
 
No, he means regular holo...where the glitter of the holo is all over the card. About 15% of the holos I got have that.
 
La has lots of error cards. i have bought 11 packs and got 3 error cards. one is rew holo uxie without level. other two cards have too big yellow bed, and too small upper part.

I've noticed that too. I'm also noticing rough edges on some reverse holos. I got about 4 that had bad edges on them.
 
I got a Lickilicky SW that was Regular Holo, but holo on the whole card. It think it looks cool, and no, it isn't worth more (although I wish it were).

That's not an "error card", it's just poor centering.
