Error while trying to launch the online game

Hi,

I have installed TCG Online Game on my laptop, but it keeps complaining that "error in downloading preload data". My laptop is connected to the Internet. How can I solve this problem? I have done install-uninstall several times.

Did a bit of research myself to find fixes. It looks like creating a new user and downloading it on that new user allowed it to work, for some reason. Another person had the issue but it apparently went away after ~12 hours. Not too sure what the cause would be, though. :/
