Ruling Espeon Prime

I've been thinking about making an Eevee deck and I just wanna confirm/ask something before I start making it. Espeon P's poke-body states it can use any attack of a eevee evolution (like jolteon) on my bench as long as I have the right energy attached. My question is will E. P. gain the bonus effects from certain atks like Umbreon's Moonlight Fang or any of the Eeveelutions from RR (the ones with undevelop)?

That depends. In the case of Umbreon's Moonlight Fang specifically, the answer is yes. Whenever an attack references the Pokemon using it in this manner, you treat the attack as replacing the name of the Pokemon with "this Pokemon", meaning if Espeon Prime uses it, it will benefit from the effects of the attack.

In like manner, Espeon will only gain an attack bonus from using attacks of Jolteon, Flareon or Vaporeon RR if Espeon itself evolved from Eevee on the turn the attack is used.
