If Espeon Prime uses the attacks of another eeveelution, such as Umbreon's Moonlight Fang, does it get the effect aswell?

I did however mean, does Espeon Prime get the effect of Moonlight Fang to protect itself on the next turn?

Only the Pokemon who used the attack gets the effect. Please include a card scan in the future.~Mark

When a Pokemon copies an attack from another card, it gets all the effects associated with that attack, both positive (such as Moonlight Fang) and negative (such as damaging yourself or not being able to use that attack next turn).

Yes, Espeon gains Moonlight Fang's effect.
