BW/BW2 EV Training...

Is it harder to do in Black & White without the Vs. Seeker or is there still a way to re-battle trainers in order to EV train your Pokemon in Black or White?

EV training is VERY easy in BW. There are areas that feel specifically designed for EV training. The first area only gives Attack EVs (as I recall). I would look it up if I were you, but I can assure you that wild EV battles are now very prominent.
