I'm unsure where to put this so if this is in the wrong section feel free to move it, Mods. Heres an example to better explain my question. Lets say that a Dratini and a Jihead(or whatever the first form of the hydra is called) are both trained on the same Pokemon and have the same IVs. At level 50, the Dratini is now a Dragonite, while the Jihead has evolved once. At level 64 they are both in their final form. Would the Dragonite have a higher base stat because it evolved first or would they be about the same because the two species have the same base stat total and the level of evolution doesn't affect it and it is treated like it has always been a Sazandro.
Or another example: If two Shroomishes with the same IVs and were trained on the same pokemon, but one of them was held back from evolution to learn Spore while the other evolved at it's normal level. Would they have the same base stats or would the one that evolved first have higher stats?
