So I've checked everywhere in town, and no one has Evolutions. Walmart, Gamestop, none of them. Is anyone else having this issue? On a side note, Evolutions doesn't appear to be in the PTCGO store either.

My local card store has it, but Target didn't last night when I was there (Was at Target for other reasons, but checked just for fun.) If the shipments to the "Big" stores shipments didn't happen till it went live, maybe they are a little behind in getting them out. Guess maybe it depends on the size of your town.
there were shipping delays this time around, such that places in Europe haven't gotten to do prerelease yet when they normally would have. some have speculated the hurricanes on the US east coast may have caused the delay.
my local store got boosters but has to wait on theme deck and elite trainer box. haven't checked stores other then toys r us which seemed to have the theme decks.
as for PTCGO that usually takes a few days after release before an update hits I think.

I know around here there is a difference between when a store like Wal-mart or Target get cards shipped to them and when they get out. That's because their employees do not stock it, they have a vendor who comes in and does it. If the vendor doesn't come in until the Monday after a set is released then it doesn't get out until then. And vice versa if a store gets it and vendor puts it out early too, had that with Furious Fists.
My Gamestop had theme decks, ETB's, packs and even the collector's chest with the shiny M. Gengar EX. Too bad I can't afford any of that right now.
